The Jolly Hog

We’ve worked with the fabulous Bristol team at The Jolly Hog – run by brothers Max, Josh and Olly – since we opened at the beginning of last year.

With animal welfare at the heart of what they do – they use only British, outdoor bred pork from RSPCA-assured farms – and brilliant bangers the result of 15 years of refining ingredients, it’s a sausage made in heaven!

Canned Wine Co.

Canned Wine are the clever folk behind our the whites, reds, rosé and fizz on the Brightside drinks menu.

They keep a keen eye on sustainability – the individual cans are infinitely recyclable – and provide us with an evolving menu of tipples for all tastes. These are wines that are big on robust flavours and aromas – and deliver a wide variety of grapes to explore.

Clifton Coffee Company

Our speciality coffee is from our friends at Clifton Coffee Roasters in Bristol.

The delicious Brightside Batch – sourced from a single farm in El Salvador – has distinctive tasting notes of dark chocolate, biscuit and nectarine and if you’re hooked after a mug of the good stuff, then why not take it home and pick up a bag to go!

Symplicity Foods

We love comfort dishes that are big on flavour and want to provide customers with a great choice – that means plenty of great tasting vegetarian and vegan options.

Symplicity Foods’ ‘spicy vegan mince’ – featured on our Vegan Meat Feast pizza and in Charlie’s Shepherd’s Hash – is the perfect ingredient for us to create tasty meat-free dishes that don’t compromise on flavour.
